Homemade Nutella
\n2 cups roasted hazelnuts
\n2 tablespoons cocoa
\n1\/8 teaspoon sea salt
\n5-6 drops of stevia (or sweetener of choice)
\nNutella bread
\n1 cup nutella (9oz)
\n4 eggs
\n2 tablespoons maple syrup
\n1\/4 cup hemp protein (or any protein powder or any nut or seed meal) 1oz
\n2 tablespoons cocoa flour
\n1\/2 teaspoon baking soda
\n1\/2 teaspoon baking powder
\n1 teaspoon vanilla<\/p>\n
Directions<\/p>\n
First make nutella
\nPlace 2 cups of roasted hazelnuts into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
\nAdd in cocoa, sea salt, and stevia.
\nBlend together.
\nMeasure out 1 cup of nutella.
\nTo make bread
\nPlace all ingredients in a large bowl.
\nMix together in blender or by hand.
\nBlend until everything is well blended.
\nPlace in bread loaf pan – 8.5×4.25.
\nGrease with coconut oil or ghee.
\nBake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Or until toothpick comes out clean.
\nSlice and enjoy.<\/p>\n
