Recipe Ingredients
\n1 lb cube steak
\noil for frying (vegetable or something flavorless)<\/p>\n
Ingredients for the Buttermilk Brine
\n1 large egg
\n1 cup buttermilk
\n1 tbsp hot sauce
\n1 tsp salt <\/p>\n
Ingredients for the Seasoned Flour
\n1 \u00bd cups gluten free flour ( I used Bob\u2019s Red Mill 1 to 1 baking flour)
\n\u00be cup corn starch
\n1 tbsp salt
\n2 tsp paprika
\n1 tsp garlic powder
\n1 tsp onion powder
\n\u00bd tsp black pepper
\n\u00bc tsp cayenne pepper<\/p>\n
Ingredients for the gravy
\n1 \u00bd tbsp reserved oil from frying the steaks
\n2 tbsp gluten free flour
\n1 \u00bd cups milk
\n1 bouillon cube (beef or chicken)<\/p>\n
