Find this delicious printable recipe here:  http:\/\/www.gfreefoodie.com\/recipes\/detail\/1176\/<\/p>\n<p>Simple Walnut Pesto<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n2 cups packed fresh basil leaves<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 cup walnuts<br \/>\n2\/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, divided<br \/>\nKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste<br \/>\n1\/2 cup freshly grated Pecorino or Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nCombine the basil, garlic, and walnuts in a food processor or blender and process until coarsely chopped. Add 1\/2 cup of the oil and process until sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Add all the remaining oil and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the cheese.
