Bonus, stock splits & dividends: Bandhan Bank, MGL, Mazagon Dock among nearly 100 stocks turning ex-record date this week

Nearly 100 companies, including Bandhan Bank, HUDCO, Manappuram Finance, NBCC, Mahanagar Gas, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders, Natco Pharma, LIC Housing Finance and others, have fixed their record dates for dividends for the week between August 17 (Monday) and August 21 (Friday).

Interested investors need to hold shares of these companies in their demat accounts on or before the record date to be eligible for corporate actions. The list remains tentative as more companies may announce record dates for dividends, bonus issues and stock splits during the week.

Here is a day-wise list of corporate actions to watch out for this week:

August 17 (Monday)

Around 14 companies are set to turn ex-record date for their respective corporate actions on Monday. Bandhan Bank, HUDCO and Indo Count Industries have each fixed Monday as the record date for their dividends worth Rs 1.5 per share each.

The Yamuna Syndicate however accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-record date on Monday, as the company is set to pay a dividend of Rs 500 per share. SKF India will pay Rs 20 per share, while NBCC will pay Rs 0.15 per share. Plastiblends India and Panama Petrochem will each pay Rs 3 per share, while Manappuram Finance and Hisar Metal Industries will each pay a dividend of Rs 1 each.

Other stocks turning ex-record date for their respective dividends on Monday include Delta Corp (Rs 0.5 per share), Fabtech Technologies (Rs 0.6 per share) and Silver Touch Technologies (Rs 0.1 per share).Meanwhile, smallcap menswear garment maker Bizotic Commercial has fixed August 17 (Monday) as the record date for its 5:1 bonus issue.

August 18 (Tuesday)

Around 18 companies are scheduled to turn ex-date for their respective corporate actions on Tuesday, August 18. Bombay Oxygen Investments accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-date on Tuesday, declaring a final dividend of Rs 25 per share. It is followed by Mahanagar Gas, which will trade ex-dividend for a final dividend of Rs 18 per share.

Meanwhile, India Gelatine & Chemicals will pay a dividend of Rs 6 per share, while Forbes Precision Tools And Machine Parts, Sun TV Network, and Thejo Engineering have each announced dividends of Rs 5 per share. Jullundur Motor Agency (Delhi) will pay Rs 3 per share, Seshaasai Technologies will pay Rs 2.50 per share, and Ecos (India) Mobility & Hospitality and Vasundhara Rasayans will pay Rs 2.38 and Rs 2 per share, respectively. Route Mobile will also pay a dividend of Rs 2 per share.

Other stocks turning ex-dividend on Tuesday include NGL Fine-Chem (Rs 1.75 per share), Syrma SGS Technology (Rs 1.50 per share), Elixir Capital (Rs 1.25 per share), Sodhani Academy Of Fintech Enablers (Rs 0.75 per share), Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (Rs 0.71 per share), and Rossell India (Rs 0.40 per share).

In another major corporate action, Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has fixed August 18 as the record date for its 1:2 stock split.

August 19 (Wednesday)

Around 16 companies are set to turn ex-record date for their respective corporate actions on Wednesday, August 19. Page Industries accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-record date on Wednesday, as the company is set to pay an interim dividend of Rs 200 per share. Bata India will pay Rs 25 per share, Honda India Power Products will pay Rs 23 per share, and LG Balakrishnan & Bros will pay Rs 22 per share. Kovai Medical Center & Hospital will pay a dividend of Rs 15 per share, Foseco Crucible (India) will pay Rs 12.5 per share, while CESC will pay Rs 6 per share.

Other stocks turning ex-record date for their respective dividends on Wednesday include JK Paper (Rs 4 per share), Tamboli Industries (Rs 1.2 per share), and Jay Bharat Maruti (Rs 0.7 per share). Meanwhile, Dynacons Systems & Solutions, Flair Writing Industries, GP Petroleums, and Prithvi Exchange (India) will each pay Rs 0.5 per share, alongside Cyber Media Research & Services, which will also trade ex-dividend.

In another corporate action, Kshitij Polyline has fixed Wednesday as the record date for its rights issue, offering 2 shares for every 5 shares held at a price of Rs 3.17 per share.

August 20 (Thursday)

Around 16 companies are scheduled to turn ex-record date for their respective corporate actions on Thursday, August 20. Kama Holdings accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-record date on Thursday, as the company is set to pay an interim dividend of Rs 22.25 per share. La Opala RG will pay Rs 5 per share, followed by Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders at Rs 4.62 per share, and NIIT Learning Systems at Rs 3.25 per share. Kuantum Papers will pay a dividend of Rs 2.5 per share, OCCL will pay Rs 1.8 per share, while Dai-Ichi Karkaria and Natco Pharma will each pay Rs 1.5 per share.

Other stocks turning ex-record date for their respective dividends on Thursday include Munjal Auto Industries, NIIT, and Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals, each paying Rs 1 per share. Marksans Pharma will pay Rs 0.9 per share, Shiva Texyarn will pay Rs 0.6 per share, Coastal Corporation will pay Rs 0.28 per share, and BR Goyal Infrastructure will pay a dividend of Rs 0.25 per share.

Meanwhile, Organic Recycling Systems has fixed August 20 (Thursday) as the record date for its 1:2 bonus issue.

August 21 (Friday)

AK Capital Services accounts for the highest dividend payout among the stocks turning ex-record date on Friday, declaring a final dividend of Rs 22 per share. It is followed closely by Alfred Herbert (India), which will pay Rs 20 per share, and Vadilal Industries, set to pay an interim dividend of Rs 17 per share.

Meanwhile, GE Vernova T&D India and LIC Housing Finance will each pay a final dividend of Rs 10 per share. Veljan Denison will pay Rs 8.5 per share, Hitachi Energy India will pay Rs 8 per share, and KSE will pay Rs 7.5 per share. Mayur Uniquoters will pay Rs 6 per share, while Savita Oil Technologies will pay a dividend of Rs 5 per share.

Other stocks turning ex-dividend on Friday include Jindal Stainless (Rs 3 per share), Patels Airtemp (India) (Rs 3 per share), Deep Industries (Rs 2.5 per share), DMCC Speciality Chemicals (Rs 2.5 per share), Omax Autos (Rs 2.5 per share), Sahyadri Industries (Rs 2.5 per share), and Surya Roshni (Rs 2.5 per share). Patanjali Foods will pay Rs 2.3 per share, Amarjothi Spinning Mills will pay Rs 2.2 per share, and Jindal Steel will pay Rs 2 per share.

Additionally, eClerx Services, Monarch Networth Capital, and Zen Technologies will each pay Rs 1 per share. Panchsheel Organics will pay Rs 0.8 per share, Sat Kartar Life will pay Rs 0.7 per share, while Shradha AI Technologies, Shradha Realty, and United Drilling Tools will each pay Rs 0.6 per share. Active Infrastructures, Rajapalayam Mills, Royal Arc Electrodes, and Upsurge Investment & Finance will each pay Rs 0.5 per share. Vishnu Chemicals will pay Rs 0.3 per share, Nicco Parks & Resorts will pay Rs 0.25 per share, Qgo Finance will pay Rs 0.15 per share, and Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) will pay an interim dividend of Rs 0.01 per share.

In another major corporate action, Alan Scott Enterprises has fixed August 21 (Friday) as the record date for its rights issue, offering 1 share for every 6 shares held at an issue price of Rs 75 per share.
